Milano: Innovative gelato retail models 
Visiting different retail models of Gelato Business and comparison with successful business ideas* (tasting, laboratory visits and dialogue with gelato chefs) with a different business model: 
• Premium traditional gelato shops
• Innovative pastry shop renowned for its quality
• Innovative restaurant concepts

• Starting meeting with introduction to Retail concepts
• Final meeting to exchange impressions of visits with other participants

Transfer to/from Milan is independent.
The course starts at 9:30 AM CET
Transfer from Milan Central Station (Stazione Centrale) to the different shops and back will be provided by a private bus.
